Follicular unit extraction: your own hair, moved one graft at a time.
Hair at the back and sides of the scalp is genetically resistant to DHT, the hormone responsible for pattern loss. Moved to the front, it keeps that resistance. That's why a transplant is permanent and why donor supply is the limiting factor.

Consultation and plan
Photos, scalp assessment, donor density, and an honest graft estimate. If you're not a good candidate, we say so.

Hairline design
Drawn on your head, with you, in a mirror. A hairline should match your age and face, not a photo of someone else.

Twilight sedation
You're relaxed and comfortable, with a licensed anesthesiologist monitoring you all day. No general anesthesia, no breathing tube, no overnight stay.

Extraction
Follicular units are removed one at a time from the donor area at the back and sides with the Trivellini System, a high-tech punch very few clinics run. No linear scar.

Grafts sorted
Grafts are inspected, sorted by number of hairs, and kept in chilled solution while sites are prepared.
- 06
Implantation
Single-hair grafts go at the hairline for softness, multi-hair grafts behind them for density. Angle and direction are the whole game.

- Swelling peaks and settles. Sleep elevated. Gentle washing starts at the clinic.
- Week 1
- Scabs form and flake away. You fly home. Most patients are back at a desk job.
- Weeks 2–6
- Shock loss — transplanted hairs shed. This is expected and not a failure.
- Months 3–5
- New growth begins, fine and uneven at first.
- Months 6–9
- Real density appears. This is when people start noticing.
- Months 12–18
- Final result: full thickness and texture.
